We do NOT accept returns. All purchases are final once payments are received. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged items. All our products have a 3-month warranty. We will refund/ replace your item with a similar style (or similar value if it's a limited edition as in the case of most Tassy Box bracelets). Simply send a request through our "contact us" page and provide the following information: name, shipping address, order/receipt number if available, and a photo of your damaged item. No need to send us back the items.

Once your request is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Replacement items have a lead time of 3-5 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exceptions to refunds/ replacements:
1. We will not process requests if there are not photos provided.
2. If the products have bee altered in any way (i.e. cut, shortened, replaced parts, etc.) we cannot refund/ replace them.
3. We cannot refund/ replace lost or stolen items (i.e. lost during shipment)
